The listed <br />requirements are placed in response to our review of this informar.ion: <br />MITIGATION REQUIRED BY ERISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES <br />1. Full standard street improvem_ats are required to the east side of <br />Evergreen Way, which vould include curb, guttar and sidevalk, plus any <br />necessary catch basins to drain gutters per Ordinance 555. <br />In lieu of immediate design and construction of street improv�ments to <br />Evergreen Way, the applicant will be required to sign a Local <br />Improvement District Covenant for street improvements and ��rovide a <br />Performance Guarantee for the amount it will cost to design and install <br />the improvements, plus 20X. The applicant will be required to install <br />improvements if the L.I.D. presen�ly being considered in the area <br />Fails. (SEPA Traneportation/Circulation Policies). <br />2. Special charges for connection to sewer system in accordance with <br />'Ordinance 984-83' are applicable. The approximate cost based on the <br />preliminary inEormation is $0.571/sq. ft. The actual cost shall be <br />computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the <br />time and according to the information provided on the approved plans on <br />the date of permit issuance.
