Information for Developer <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City design and constzuction <br />standards shall be submittted to the Public Worka Department ahowing <br />aite parking layout, landscaping, utilities, starm drainage, temporary <br />constructioa erosion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed, approved, and warran..ad before the <br />Occupancp Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets are co be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br />during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur <br />as directed by the Public Work; Inspector. <br />3. If the applicant constructs improvements on Evergceen Way, a one year <br />Warranty Guarantee vill be ra:quired on the public street improvements <br />(and site landscaping, if applicable) for an amount not less than lOZ <br />of the coat of construction. <br />4.
