Mitigation of Adverse Impacts by SEPA <br />1. All trailer units located adjacent to Evergreen Way must be enhanced by <br />residential landscaping. This must consist of evergreen shrubs a <br />minimum of 3 feet high at time of planting in combination with other <br />landacape material. (SEPA Aesthetics Policy) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a <br />probable significant adverse impact on the environment. M Environmental <br />Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This <br />determination assumes compliance with state lav and City ordinances related to <br />general environmental protection including but nat limited to right-of-way <br />improvement requirements, draivage, etc. This decision vas made after review <br />of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the <br />lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
