E. corner of Evergreen <br />and Intercity. <br />RECOMMENDA'fIONS: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Norks Department that issuance of a <br />Negative De�laration be subject to the following: <br />Detailed drawings shall be submitted xo the Public Wori:s Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />constuction erosion control, and all reyuired improvements in the public <br />right-of-way. Puulic: Works Department approval of these drawings is required <br />prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shali be. compieted, <br />approved, and bonded before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. Full street improvements to the property's frontage on Ev�rgreen Way <br />i� required. These improvements will include pavement, curb, gutter, <br />and sidewalk. <br />3. Full street improvements to the property's frontage on Intercity Avenue <br />is required. These improvements will include pavement, curb, gutter, <br />and aidewalk. <br />4. Dedication of right-of-way to from a standard city corner radius at the <br />N. E. corner of Evergreen Way and Intercity Avenue. <br />5. Access to the site must be approved by the City Traffic Engineer. <br />6. A one-year 1Varrantee Bond as required on the public street shall be for <br />an amount not less tfian 10% of the cost of construction of the street <br />system and shall run for one yea� :rom the date of issuance of the first <br />Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />7. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br />during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur <br />as directed by the ?ublic Works Inspector. <br />8. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved hy the <br />Public Works Department. <br />9. If the proposed structure is above the high water�nark of the <_wamp to <br />the east, a cash deposit must be made in lieu of providing on-site detention. <br />If the structure is below the high watermark on-site detention must be <br />provided. <br />10. As-builts of storm sewer system will be required to be submitted as prints <br />and must be submitted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />
