A two-year Warrantee Bond as required on the public drainage system <br />shall be for an amount not less than 10% of the cost of construction of <br />the drainage system and shall run for two years from the da±e of final <br />approval. <br />12. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion <br />of road construction. If building activity commences within 30 days of <br />the completion nf road constructiun, reseeding will not be required. If <br />reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground <br />must be covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br />13. Participation in the cost to fund the Southend Sewer Interceptor is reyuired. <br />The approximate cost based on the preliminary information provided is <br />$223.65, as of November 12, 1981. The actual cost shall be computed <br />by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the :ime and <br />according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br />of permit issuance. <br />14. Performance guarantees, as required, will be by an approved method as <br />determined by the City. <br />15. A preconstruction conference bet�veen applicant, Plsnning Department, <br />and Public '�'erks Department may be required prior to approval of Public <br />Works Permit. <br />AMEND CHECKLIST AS FOLLOWS: <br />II-13 a, b, c, d, and f- change to yes. <br />INFOR�4ATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than <br />50 feet of every structure. <br />GN:is <br />
