This <br />report presents the results of our study by summarizing our find- <br />iays, and presenting conclus`_ons and recommendations pertinent tc <br />site development. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />As we understand it, proposed construction is to consist of a 75' r. <br />140' concrete tiltup warehouse Eourteen (14) �eet high, placed on <br />the site as shown on the enclosed site/test pit locati�.n map. <br />euilding construction is to consist oE slab-on-grade �oith a thicken- <br />ed edge footing system. A dock high loading area is proposed along <br />the southern builidng wall near the south-east corner. Vehicle ac- <br />cess and egress is planned via lntercity Avenue near the south-easL- <br />property corner. <br />The pirpose of our study �vas to observe and assess the suitability <br />of the subsurface site soil conditions for proposed construction, <br />and to provide qeot�chnical recommendations for site development. <br />Specifically, our study included: <br />
