We are responding to each of your comments as follows: <br />SHEET C I : <br />• Holly Drive frontage has been improved with curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage and necessary street widening. See sheets <br />CR-I (Holly Drive Roadway Improvement Plan) and AO (Site Plan). <br />• Inlet Protection Detail has been modified, specifying installation in accordance with City of Everett Standard Plan 205A. <br />• City Standard Plan #208 is specified in the City Detail Legend for the temporary construction entrance. <br />SHEET C2: <br />• Domestic water meter size has been modified to 2". <br />• Note for CB#5 has been modified for both the 36" and the 12" connector, indicating the invert elevations. The 12" <br />connector is called out with a restrictor. <br />• The 6" PVC pipe from the roof drain leader has been relocated per red lines. <br />• A typical swale section detail has been added, indicating the size of the swale. <br />• Pipe sizes and specifications have been identified on the plans. <br />• A cleanout at the property line has been specified. <br />• The pipe on the southern property line has been shifted to allow more room to excavate. <br />SHEET C3: <br />• The primary orifice in Detail 3 (typical restrictor installation) now specifies a size of 1.0" <br />• The note on Detail 4 calling for a typical restrictor installation has been modified, specifying the installation on the 12" <br />pipe. <br />• The inverts of the connecters and the tank in Detail 4 have been modified to be equal. <br />0 (2) 3" air vents have been added to the Detention/Permanent Pool Storage Facility (Detail 4) <br />
