(14o feet of frontage on Evergreen Way.) The develcper proposes to provide the standard Evergreen Way 5treet Improvements as adopted by Council on Apri! 12, 1973 including 5 foot concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, drainage and standard asphalt street section. However, the developer is requesting that ':he• Council waive the street improvement requirements of Ordinance 555-78 to the 200 feetof frontage on Intercity Avenue in lieu of an L.I.D. Covenant Power of Attorney. � -- In:ercity Avenue has a 60 foot right of way width that is currently improved with a 20 wide asphalt sirip, ' there are no shoulders and deep drainage ditches.
