It is the <br />intent of the Applicant replace the existing 1,500 square foot <br />temporary structure that has been on-site since 1985 and to <br />replace it with an 8,500 square foot branch librarv, <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Everett Hearing <br />Examiner on April 21, 1988.
