r To FILE , w <br />FROM Joe Kozlovski <br />DATE March 8, 1985 <br />�. <br />G::�� <br />SUBJECT B�NCH LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />CITY OF EVERETi, Ea@flET'f'NASHINGTON <br />A1 Rosensweig and I met with Bob Bocott of iVestrlark Industries on <br />the site on Thursday afternoon and reviewed the utility services <br />connections. it appears that there will be no Froblems with the <br />hook-up except that the size of line between the branch library and <br />the service line must be 6" instead of 3" as proposed. The utility <br />sub-constractor is Russ Johnson. <br />The schedule for moving is extended four days as follows: <br />Move the units on the site Friday, March 15th and Monday, <br />March 19th. <br />PUD power connection for Wednesday, Mar.ch 19th. <br />Carpet and ceiling installation on Wednesday, March 19th. <br />City crews may begin installing shelving Thursday, March 20th. <br />This schedule has one day built-in time cushion. <br />The revised location is going to necessitate elongatinq the han3i- <br />capped ramp from 20 feet to 32 feet. It will be necessary to separate <br />the ramp from the building to let it terminate on the pavement north <br />of the landsraped area.
