FINDINGS AND REC0��IWENDATIONS <br />OF THE HEARING EXr1,b1INER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE �1ATTER OF "fHE APPLICATION OF <br />THE C[TY OF EVERETT FOK APPROVAL OF <br />A SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT - SPU II10-31 <br />FIRE STATION ll6 <br />RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of the Hearing E�aminer that a <br />Special Property Use Permit be granted subject to the <br />conditions listed. <br />IN'CRODUCT[O� <br />The City of Everett, Everett, Washington, and hereinafter referred to as Appiicant, <br />has requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for property located at <br />9514 Evergreen Way, Everett, Washington, and more particularly described as: <br />Lots 1 through 6 and l4 through 15, Block 3, Replat of <br />Intercity Garden Tracts Division No. 1 <br />The specific request for the Special Property Use Permit is for the construction of <br />a fire station which wil! have two equipment bays and also house a police reporting <br />of f ice. <br />The above described land is zoned C-1, General Commercial. This zoning <br />designation is established in the Everett Zoning Code. <br />A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of <br />Everett, Washington, on October 15, 1981.
