Participation in the cost to fund the South End Interceptor is required. <br />The approximate cost based on the preliminary information provided is <br />$678 +$0.213 x office sq. ft., as of October 5, 1981. The actual cost <br />shall be computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in <br />effect at the time and according to the information provided on the <br />approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br />10. Drainage calculations must be submitted. If the calculations, after <br />review by the Engineering Department, indicate a need for 250 cu. ft. <br />of sto; age or less, on-site detension will be required. If more than 250 <br />cu. ft. of storage is needed, there will be an option of making a payment <br />to the �ity's drainage capital improvement fund in lieu of on-site <br />detension. <br />11. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion <br />of road construction. If building activity commences within 30 days of <br />the completion of road construction, reseeding will not be required. If <br />reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the <br />ground will be covered as directed by the City Engineer. <br />12.
