8. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br />construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by <br />the Public Works Inspector. During construction, all truck traffic to and from <br />the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise <br />approved by the Public Works DeparSment. <br />9. Participation in the cost to fund the South End Interceptor is required. The <br />approximate cost based on the preliminary information provided is $E78 + <br />$0.213 x office sq. ft., as of_ October 5, 1981. The actual cost shall be computed <br />by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the information provided on the approved ptans on the date of <br />permit issuance. <br />l0. Drainage calculations must be submitted. If the calcs, after review by the <br />Engineering Department, i• aicate a need for 250 cu. ft. of storage or less, on- <br />site detention will not be .=quired. If more than 250 cu. ft. of storage is <br />needed, there will be an option of making a payment to the City's drainage <br />capital improvement fund in lieu of on-site detention. <br />11. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of road <br />construction. If building activity commences within 30 days of the completion <br />of road construction, reseeding will not be required. If reseeding is not <br />practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground will be covered as <br />directed by the City Engineer. <br />12.
