EMC 18.20.060-REQUIRES THAT THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS SHALL <br />PROVIDE A BASIS FOR APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF PROPOSED SHORT <br />SUBDIVISION: <br />A. Public Use and Interest - Evaluation of the proposed short subdivision to determine <br />whether the public use and interest are served. <br />Finding: The proposed short subdivision would create two additional lots which <br />could accommodate commercial uses and housing. <br />Conclusion: The public use and interest has been served by providing additional <br />opportunity for commercial and residential uses. <br />5 <br />
