WASHINGTON <br />Glacier tan-.s Expansion - 962() i'svergreen <br />Public Works Department staff has made a preliminary review of the plan for <br />the above referenced proposal and the following comments have been made <br />pending the receipt of an environmental checklist: <br />1. Standard street improvements, including concrete curbs, gutters, 5 foot <br />concrete sidewalks, and asphalt street sections are required an all frontages <br />in conformance with Ordinance 555-78. Face of c7.trbs shall be 22 feet from <br />the centerline of Emander and 41 feet from the centerline of Evergreen <br />Way. <br />2. Ten additional feet of right of way on Emander shall he deeded to the City <br />of Everett. <br />3. Landscaping adjacent to parking areas is required. <br />4. Exlt driveway shall be minimum width ane marked with signs and 3M pavement <br />markings. <br />5. on site detention is required. <br />6.
