These conunents address building issues only. Addi[ional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1994 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order For the processing of your application to continue, it wil! be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings retlecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The trailer should be strapped or held-down per the manufacturer's installa[ion <br />instructions, or engineering should be submitted to show how the building will resist <br />lateral movement. <br />2. It should be verified that all framing lumber used for the ramp, stairs and platiorm is <br />pressure-treated.
