CITY OF EVERETT USE PERMIT #2-95 <br />Applicant: Howard Heath <br />9901 Evergreen Way <br />Everett, WA 98204 <br />Location: <br />Existing/Proposed Use: <br />Zoning: <br />9901 Evergreen Way <br />Previous auto sales lot to be used for sale of building materials <br />and supplies. <br />C-1, General Commercial <br />Parking required: Minimum 33 spaces required (35 spaces provided) <br />A permit for the above described change of use is hereby granted with the following conditions that must <br />be met rior to use of the site as a le�al buildine suoolv sales faciliri: <br />Obtain a Business License from the City Clerk's Office. <br />2. The structure must comply with the State of Washington Building Code, including foundation and <br />accessibility (Contact-Ifiek-Breeks) <br />TM TiJ LER <br />3. A minimum of 33 parking �;�aces is required for the proposed use. Parking must be per City <br />Zoning Code and Ci�y Design and Construction Standards. <br />4. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of the structure. <br />5. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 <br />feet of travel on all floors of each building during consuuction and prior to occupancy. <br />6. Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yazds capacity shall be located a minimum of five feet from the building <br />[LJFC 11302(b), 1991 Edition. j <br />� <br />n <br />10. <br />The premises must be clearly identified by the correct address from the street. <br />Screening for all outdoor storage areas must be provided in accordance wiin Section 41.100 of the <br />Zoning Code for the site. The screening fence must be located on the inside of required perimeter <br />landscaped areas. <br />Landscaping for the site must be pr4vided in accordance with Section 35 of the Zoning Code.
