If any possible archeotogical data is uncovered during the excavation or <br />development of this project, the Applicant must immediately stop work until all <br />necessary analysis is completed and notify the City of Everett Planning Department <br />�at 259-8731. The Applicant must provide report on the stability of the bedlands adjacent to the <br />proposed dredging area, the timmg of the proposed dredging, and the method of <br />spoils disposal to the City Planning Department prior to commencing dredging <br />adiwties. The report must also provide i��formation on the total volume of spoils, <br />projected frequency and quantity of maintenance dredging, and a plan for disposal <br />of mairrtenance spoils for at least 10 years. <br />13. <br />14. <br />15. <br />16. <br />All activities within 200 feet of the shoreline must be water-dependent. <br />All utilities serving this site shall be placed underground. <br />Emissions from consUvction equipment must be minimized by using new or well <br />maintained equipment and by avoidmg prolonged idling of equipment. <br />Construction noise must be mitigated with properly sized and maintained mufflers, <br />engine intake silencers, engine enclosures, and tummg off equipment when not in <br />use. <br />�7, The Applicant should coordinate with the City of Everett Police Department Crime <br />Prevention Offic�r to maximize security and safety at the facility through design and <br />operation. Specific considerations could include alarm systems, secunty doom, and <br />"safe" landscaping design. <br />18. <br />19. <br />20. <br />21 <br />Public Works Department approval of parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br />drainage, and temporary construction erosion control drawings is required prior to <br />pertnit approval. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and waRanted <br />before an Oxupancy Permit is issued. <br />3pecial charges for connection to the City's sewer and water system must be paid <br />by the Port in accordance wi'h Ord�nance 1171-85 as amended. <br />Construction of the warehouse shall be done in compliance v�ith the State of <br />Washington Building Codes and in compliance �vith the City's sprinkler ordinance <br />with regaMs to an automatic sprinkler system �nd a fire alartn system. <br />A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of every <br />structure. <br />�� Dust su press on� nd stp�et cleaning must oeccur as d'rtected by the Publi Works <br />Inspector. <br />23. <br />24. <br />Final design of this project must be consistent with the conceptual plans <br />accompanying this application. <br />The Fire Department comments, included in Exhibit #6, are incorporated as <br />conditions of this permit by reference. <br />� <br />
