WA 98034-6918 <br />(206) 820-4669 <br />FAX (206) 821-3914 <br />W-4558-3 <br />RZA AGRA, Inc. has been contracted to conduct an environmental assessment and remediation system <br />installation for Mobil Oil Corporation at Mobil's former petroleum bulk plant site located at 2731 Federal <br />Avenue in Everett, Washington. A portion of this work requires access to city property. Specifically, this <br />includes: <br />• A ground penetrating radar (GPR) survey in the shoulder of Federal Avenue west of the <br />Mobil pruperty and west of the adjacent American Distributing Company property. <br />• Excavating a series of test pits utilizing a rubber tired backhoe in the shoulder of Federal <br />Avenue adjacent to the Mobil property and installing a product recovery trench in this same <br />area. <br />• Installing a groundwater monitoring well (PMW-1) in the shoulder of the road at the <br />intersection of Federal Avenue and California Street. <br />1 <br />My AGRA <br />Earth & Environmental Group <br />
