He and his father bought the house five years ago. <br />2. They are prepared to spend up to $50,000 to restore <br />the building and convert it to a duplex. <br />3. Work has not been performed thus far because they are <br />waiting to see if the Navy will be located in Everett. <br />4. They arc requesting a six-month extension of the Building <br />Official's Notice and Order; clean up and securing of the <br />property will begin tomorrow if the extension in time <br />is granted. <br />S.
