4i <br />r <br />L <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Building Official to have the building <br />located at 3007 Federal secured and demolished. <br />WHEREAS, the building at 3007 Federal is a dangerous building because of its <br />total dilapidation, deterioration and decay; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the property have been served with a Notice and Order <br />of the Building Official requiring them to demolish the structure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Notice and Order stated that if they failed to do so, the City <br />would demolish the structure and charge them the cost of demolition; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the property acquired a demolition permit on the 17th <br />of January, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners have failed to commence with the demolition; and <br />WHEREAS, the building in its present condition creates a hazard to the general <br />public; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners have been served with notice of today's Council meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY <br />OF EVERETT that the Building Official is hereby authorized to have the structure on <br />the following described property immediately secured and demolished: <br />3007 Federal <br />Everett, Washington <br />Legal description of the above -described property which is situated in the <br />County of Snohomish: <br />Plat of Everett, Division H, Block 723, Lots 4 and 5 <br />Councilman Introducing Resolution <br />PASSED and APPROVED this day of <br />Council resien <br />1980. <br />W] <br />.d <br />J <br />
