The notice which was sent to Mr. Kathol on <br />October 1.8, 1979, lacks some of the specific requirements which are mandated <br />under our new codes. Therefore, I have drafted a supplemental notice (draft <br />attached) which is an attempt to bring, us into compliance without requiring us to <br />start HI over again. In order to get this structure abated, we need the following <br />things: <br />1. Review the attached Notice ono Order. <br />2. Order a title report. <br />3. Once receiving the title report, update the Notice and Order. <br />4. File Notlee of Noncompliance with the auditor. <br />i <br />5. Set Council date. <br />6.
