I r L 3. Section 302(9) - Due to the overall condition of the structure, it is unsafe to be used as a residence. 4. Section 302(11) - Due to the condition of the roof, windows, doors, foundation, walls and ceilings, there exists 50 percent damage or deterioration to its nonsupporting members, outside walls and coverings. 5. Section 302(12) - The building has become so dilapidated and deteriorated that it constitutes an attractive nuisance for children. 6. Section 302(13) - The building in its present condition is in violation of the 1979 Uniform Building Code and the 1979 Uniform Housing Code. 7. Section 302(18) - The building has been abandoned for a period in excess of six months and in its existing condition it constitutes an attractive nuisance as well as a hazard to the general public. IV. Since the demolition permit has been already issued the building shall be immediately demolished and all materials, rubble and debri therefrom shall be removed and the lot cleared. V. Since the building is presently uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall remain vacant. VI. The building shall be immediately secured to prevent entry. VII. If the building is not immediately secured and the demolition of the building is not commenced on or before the day of , 1980, and completed by the day of 1980, the City shall cause the work to be done and charge the costs thereof against the property or its owner. VIII. On the day of 1980, at a.m., the Building Official will request authorization from the Everett City Council to have the building secured and will submit a resolution of demolition to the Everett City Council, City Hall, Everett, Washington, if this Order is not complied with.
