I <br />r <br />L <br />3. Section 302(9) - Due to the overall condition of the structure, it is unsafe to be <br />used as a residence. <br />4. Section 302(11) - Due to the condition of the roof, windows, doors, foundation, <br />walls and ceilings, there exists 50 percent damage or deterioration to its <br />nonsupporting members, outside walls and coverings. <br />5. Section 302(12) - The building has become so dilapidated and deteriorated that it <br />constitutes an attractive nuisance for children. <br />6. Section 302(13) - The building in its present condition is in violation of the 1979 <br />Uniform Building Code and the 1979 Uniform Housing Code. <br />7. Section 302(18) - The building has been abandoned for a period in excess of six <br />months and in its existing condition it constitutes an attractive nuisance as well <br />as a hazard to the general public. <br />IV. <br />Since the demolition permit has been already issued the building shall be <br />immediately demolished and all materials, rubble and debri therefrom shall be removed <br />and the lot cleared. <br />V. <br />Since the building is presently uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall <br />remain vacant. <br />VI. <br />The building shall be immediately secured to prevent entry. <br />VII. <br />If the building is not immediately secured and the demolition of the building is <br />not commenced on or before the day of , 1980, and <br />completed by the day of <br />1980, the City shall cause the <br />work to be done and charge the costs thereof against the property or its owner. <br />VIII. <br />On the day of <br />1980, at a.m., the <br />Building Official will request authorization from the Everett City Council to have the <br />building secured and will submit a resolution of demolition to the Everett City Council, <br />City Hall, Everett, Washington, if this Order is not complied with. <br />Date KEN CALLAHAN <br />Everett Building Director <br />W1 <br />
