IV. and Roberta Kathol and Dale Kathol regarding abatement <br />proceedings concerning real property which they own and is <br />described as follows: <br />Lots 4 and 5, Block 723, Plat of Everett Division "H", <br />as Per plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats on page SO, records <br />of Snohomish County. Commonly known as 3007 Federal, <br />Everett, Washington. <br />3. On October 17, 1983 the return receipt requested with <br />Certified No. P227 082 123 was returned to me. <br />4. The Notice was addressed to C. IV. and Roberta Kathol and <br />Dale Kathol, 1026 Puget Drive, Edmonds, Washington 98020. <br />S.
