W. KATHOL and ROBERTA <br />KATHOL, his wife, and DALE <br />KATHOL, ` <br />Appellants. <br />APPELLANTS, and each of them, are purchasing real property <br />located at 3007 Federal Avenue, Everett, Washington 98201, which <br />is legally described as follows: <br />Lots 4 and 5, Block 723, Plat of Everett, Division "H", <br />as per Plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats on Page 50, <br />records of Snohomish County. <br />APPELLANTS protest the Notice and Order of the City of <br />Everett Bpilding Official executed on October 14, 1983 directing <br />that the building either be repaired or demolished within the <br />stated period of time. APPELLANTS request additional time to <br />review their options as to whether repair or demolish on the basis <br />of the possibility that. the Department of the Navy may locate in. <br />Everett. This decision with respect to the Department of the Navy <br />will be determinative in whether APPELLANTS repair said building <br />and property or demolish. <br />APPELLANTS state that the reason why the Order should be <br />reversed is that APPELLANTS are attempting to secure said premises <br />and correct the problems as pointed out in the Order and request <br />additional time with which to accomplish said action. <br />DATED this � day of L� Ip 1983. <br />C.
