G(Zoning Ordinance), Item No. 4, Rear Yard: <br />Requesting permission to locate an accessory building to within 2 ft. 4 in. <br />of the side property line. Thereby waiving the minimum requirement of <br />a six (6) ft. side yard setback. <br />Lots 32 and 33, Block 829, Plat of Everett Div.
