A house design was
provided consisting of a three-(3) story single family residence with a garage located in the daylight
basement of the house. A site investigation was performed following the footprint of the provided plans
and a "Geologic Investigati•)u and Geotechnical En ink eering Report " dated Aug. 5, 1998 was completed.
Five-(5) copies of the report were provided to the Jones on that date. The Jones were invoiced for the
services provided and the invoice was promptly paid.
There is no correspondance, notes or invoices for this project in our files after the transaction date given
above. Based on this, we conclude that GES, Inc. was not involved with the project after the delivery of
the report. GES, Inc. was not involved in any way with site development, grading, placement of
foundations, drainage, design changes or the construction of the house. At this point in time, we have
no way of knowing if the recommendations given in our geotechnical report were incorporated and/or
followed during construction of this house.
