Single Family Residence <br />3611 Federal Ave <br />Everett, Washington <br />A site visit was made to the property on March 8, 2003 <br />98-08-10 <br />Several changes from the supplied plans <br />reviewed for the preparation of our geotechnical report were noted during this visit. Most notable was the <br />location of the garage slab in the front of the house at the elevation of Federal Ave. (not below the house <br />as shown on our file plans) and the extension of the house to the south through an area that was originally <br />a driveway (not shown on our file plans). Several significantly sized rockery walls were also noted. Our <br />geotechnical report did not provide recommendations for the placement or construction of rockeries on <br />this site. We did provide design and construction specifications for Lock Block Walls in our report. <br />We trust that this letter will meet your current needs.
