WABNINOTON On September 19, 1986, a Special Property Use Permit was issued �o+ to the Applicant. The permit was granted for construction of a covered play area at the Jackson Elementary School. In the Findings of Facts supporting the Decision, the proposed location of the play area was incorrectly noted as being in the southeast corner of the Jackson school property (Finding �15). A review of the record of the testimony and exhibits of the Hearing has been made and from this review it is apparent that the play area is proposed to be located in the southwest corner of the Jackson school property. Accordingly, Finding of Fact #15 of Special Property Use Permit #4-C-86 is hereby amended as follows: The Jackson Elementary School play facility is proposed to be located in the southwest corner of the school property. The facility will be constructed in an east-west direction. There will be some view blockage to the residential properties immediately to the west of the subject property. (Staff report and 0'Donnell testimony) In addition, Condition #3 is amended as follows: The covered play area at the Jackson Elementary School shall be oriented in an east-west configuration and located as far south on school district property as practical. The play area shall be located in the southwest corner of the Jackson school property. All other conditions of the Decision remain as stated.
