Such slreet Improveiuents <br />shall not be limited to tlie lialt street abutting the property; <br />for example, where no permanent street improvement existed, <br />the street irnprovernent sliall be extended beyond the centerline <br />a sutticient distance (l0 it. minirnum) to permit safe movement <br />o[ traftic. <br />This Covenant consenting to the tormation ot a local improvement district <br />applies (and precludes legal protestl only to tlie forrnation of a local irnprovement <br />district, Owner executing tl�is document retains its, fiis/tier or their riRlits under <br />law to provide input on tlie proposed public improvements to be accornplished by <br />such local irnprovement district including nature and type ot irnprovernents as well <br />as tfie proposed or final benefits and assessment theretor. <br />The City sliall deliver a signed release of this Covenant to Owner atter completion <br />of public imF�rovements as described hereinabove through the formation ot a local <br />improvement district and atter transmittal of the final assessment roll to the County <br />of Snoliomish pursuant to law.
