New soils tests <br />were required per the Decisf� of the Everett Hearing Examiner <br />dated October 21, 1983. <br />In light of the information submitted in said petition, it is <br />hereby ordered that the Department of Public Works review the <br />information and sumbit any comments to the Everett Hearing <br />Examiner's Offiae, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, no later than <br />November 14, 1983. <br />Done and dated this 8th day of November, 1983. <br />James M.
