The violations noted are <br />sufficient to declare the building to be dangerous pursuant to the EMC 1 C.12.080(B) and a public <br />nuisance pursuant to EMC 1 G.12.050 (A). Conditions exisl to thc extent that the health, safety <br />and welfare of the general public are endangered; there£ore, lhe subject property is deemed to be <br />a dangerous buiWing as defined in EMC 1 G. ] 2.080.
