Penaitv: <br />If vuu fail to comalete the Corrective Action bv t6e date reauired or aaoear at the hearine, <br />the hearine examiner mav issue an Order that mav include some or all of the followine: <br />(1) A requirement that the violation described in section I be corrected within a certain <br />time period. <br />(2) A requirement that permits are secured and work physically commenced to repair or <br />demolish the structure in accordance with all current building code requirements and <br />all other applicable City of Everett codes by a specific date. <br />(3) A requirement that work be completed within the time periods set forth in the Violation <br />Citation; <br />(4) A fine in a�� amount of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per viola:ion. <br />(5) Authorization for the City or its designated agent to take corrective �.ction, including <br />the demolition of the structure and removal of resulting debris from the property and <br />assess the costs against the person(s) to whom this violation citation is issued if the <br />violation is not wmpletely corrected by within the time period set fort6 i� the order. <br />Also, violation of the terms of a hearing examiner's order is a misdemeanor offense. <br />If you have any questions about this violation citation or about what you must do to avoid <br />penalties, please call me at (425) 257-8G80.
