• EMC 16.12.060 It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, <br />enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or <br />maintain any building or structurc or cause or permit the same to be done in violation of this <br />code. <br />The r.w•rent conrlilion ojll+e garnge is in violntion of 1he Dungerous Building Abutement Code. <br />II. Corrective Action Repuired** <br />To climinate this violation, you musi: <br />L Immediately secure the buildi:�g imtil il can be repaired to current code or <br />demolished, AND supply the Code Compliance Department with a repair or <br />dcmolition schedule. <br />2. Obtain the required pennits to demolish the structure and remove all demolition <br />debris from the property. <br />3. OR repair the strucwre in accordance with the Uniform Building Code as adopted <br />by the Ciry of Everett and all other applicablc City of Everett Codes. <br />** Any work performed on this structure will mquire a pern�it. The perniit must be <br />secured prior to commencement of work. Information regarding the process, and <br />materials needed can be obtained at 3200 Cedar Strcet. <br />Corrective Action must be fully completed on or before October 22, 2004. <br />You may avoid the hearing described in Section III if you: <br />l. Fully complete the corrective action described above, AND <br />2. Contact the Code Compliance Department (425) 257-8680, on or befi,re <br />corrective action datc soccified above advising the Officer that the corrective <br />actions have been completed, AND <br />3. Receive confirmation fi•om thc Code Compliance Officer that the violations have <br />been corrected to the Ci!v's satisfaction. <br />III.
