It is recommended that these documents be made a permanent <br />part of the nursing home records after licensure. <br />It should be noted that approval is for this work only as set forth in <br />these construction documents and any chances or alterations in/or to the <br />plans or specifications are subject to prior approval by the Washington <br />State Health Services Division. <br />Enclosed are three addressed post cards. Please fill in the date and <br />return Card ,•'•'1 when construction starts. Card =2 to the Health Services <br />Division should be forwarded two weeks prior to coveriny walls and <br />ceilings so that a precover inspection can be made.
