Off -site <br />drainage improvements are required on .. <br />Federal. On -site detention is required. <br />Water: <br />There is an existing 6" C.I. main that <br />runs across this site enroute to Forest <br />Park. There is an existing private fire. <br />hydrant on site; however, the pressure in <br />the area should be about 50 P.S.I. <br />Sewer: <br />There is an existing 6" sewer on the site. <br />Streets: <br />Additional right of way at 44th and <br />Federal on the southwest is required for <br />future•constrn.tion of an improved align- <br />ment replacing the two right angle turns <br />with a 300 foot minimum radius turn. <br />Additional right of way on the north side <br />of 46th Street from Federal to the west <br />to maintain a 50 foot right of way is <br />required. <br />Covenant Power of Attorney for street <br />improvements to Federal Ave, and 46th <br />Street by L.I.D. is required. <br />City streets should be kept clear of dirt <br />and debris during construction. <br />Durinq construction, all truck traffic to j <br />and from the site should use arterial j <br />streets unless otherwise approved by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />
