The
Applicant is currently proposing 47 spaces.
The original plans called for the structure to
be located approximately 45 feet north of
its actual location.
The original building design was modified to
allow an addition of approximately 10 feet
to the west end of the building.
The roofline of the structure was modified
after plans were submitted to the Planning
Commission and City Council. The initial
plans called for a 6 foot depression in the
roofline over the main entrance. This
feature would have reduced the visual
impact of the proposed 150 foot long
structure on surrounding residential
properties.
The Luther Child Center operates on a 34
acre campus.
R-I Single -Family Low Density
North: Park/R-1
South: Multi -Family, Single -Family
R-2/R-3
East: Single-Family/R-1
West: Single-Family/R-1
ary of Agency Responses:
Public Works:
Water: There is an existing 6" C. 1. main that runs
across this site enroute to Forest Park.
There is an existing private fire hydrant on
site; however, the pressure in the area
should be about 50 P.
