FTNAL DECLARATION OF NON-SIGNIFIGAIC.E Description of Proposal The proposed action is the Planning Commission and City Council approval of a special property use permit to allow construction of a 13,000 sq:iare foot office and classroom building. The following factors were considered and the listed requirements placed in response to comments submitted by various City Departments during their review of an Environmental Checklist for this proposal. 1. Ingress and egresss to the site will be via Federal Avenue. 2. City streets are to be kept free of dirt and debris, and all truck traffic to and from the site shall be on arterial streets during construction unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. 3. See attached Planning Commission Report to City Council for additional requirements.
