F MAL DECLARATION OF NON-SIGNIFIGNCE <br />Description of Proposal <br />The proposed action is the Planning Commission and City Council approval of a special <br />property use permit to allow construction of a 13,000 square foot office and classroom <br />building. The following factors were considered and the listed requirements placed in <br />response to comments submitted by various City Departments during their review of an <br />Environmental Checklist for this proposal. <br />1. Ingress and egresss to the site will be via Federal Avenue. <br />2. City streets are to be kept free of dirt and debris, and all truck traffic to and <br />from the site shall be on arterial streets during construction unless otherwise <br />approved by the Public Works Department. <br />3.
