Box 1107, Everett, Washington 98206 -_ <br />August 22, 1980 <br />�0_��. <br />Mr. Jeff Kerwin <br />City Engineering Department <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Kerwin: <br />The Snohomish County PUD No. 1 is applying for permission to install <br />and maintain the portion of the underground power system which will be constructed <br />in the accepted road right-of-way to serve Luther Child Center, 46th Street. <br />Work is scheduled to start approximately November or December, and <br />will require three hours to complete. It will be assumed, unless otherwise <br />notified, that the District as normal prime contractor can at its discretion <br />determine if it is economically feasible to bore under existing hard -surfaced <br />roads. <br />We agree to hold the City of Everett harmless from any and all damages <br />which the City may suffer by reason of the negligence of the District in the <br />performance of any portion of all of the work under this permit at the above <br />location. <br />Copies of our underground work orders are enclosed for your information. <br />�tU <br />Donald L.
