The kpplicant has requested approval of a Special <br />Property Use Permit for the purpose of converting an <br />existing dormitory that has been used as a residential <br />treatment center on property located at 4526 Federal <br />Avenue, Everett, Washington, and more particularly <br />described as set forth above. It is the intent of the <br />Applicant to convert the existing dormitory to a <br />pediatric and diagnostic treatment clinic to be operated <br />by Providence Hospital in conjunction with the <br />Providence Hospital operations within the City of <br />Everett. <br />2. The building that is the subject of this request is a <br />4,400 square foot building. It is located in ;-he Luther <br />Child Center campus. It has been used as a live-in <br />residential treatment facility for children, and has <br />been used in conjunction with seven ether buildings on <br />the campus. <br />3. The subject property is zoned R-1, Single Family Low <br />Density Residential. However, the property has been <br />used as the Luther Child Center campus for over twelve <br />years. <br />A <br />
