The Applicant is to provide the City with a 15 foot <br />easement for an existing public 36" water main that runs <br />across the south edge of the subject property and across <br />the northeast corner of the subject property. <br />4 <br />4. If the parking demand exceeds the available parking as <br />determined by the City Traffic Engineer, the Applicant <br />shall improve the north side of 46th Street_ S.E. for <br />angle parking. This parking shall be designed in a <br />manner acceptable to the City of Everett Public Works <br />Department, if required. Overflow parking shall <br />continue to be provided on the lawn area when major <br />events occur at the Child Luther Center. <br />Done and dated this 2nd day of August, 1984. <br />,�. It is final unless the following procedure is <br />followed: <br />1. An aggrieved party has filed a written request for <br />reconsideration to the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) <br />working days of the Hearing Examiner's decision. It is <br />the discretion of the Hearing Examiner to grant or deny <br />reconsideration. The final date for reconsideration is <br />August 16, 1984. <br />2. Within ten (10) working days after the Hearing <br />Examiner's action on the reconsideration, the aggrieved <br />party files a written appeal with the City Clerk's <br />office. <br />If appealed properly, the matter will be submitted to the <br />Everett City Council for further consideration. <br />H <br />
