You should <br />be prepared to make specific factual objections. Appeal application packets are available from <br />the Department of Planning/Community Development at 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 100. <br />Contact Faheem Siddiq to read or ask about the procedures for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: A DNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in the proposal, <br />disclosure of new significant information, misrepresentation by the applicant, or <br />failure to comply with the conditions upon which this Determination of Non - <br />Significance is predicated. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not SEPA <br />conditions. All requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based upon the preliminary <br />site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA review. The proposal <br />must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete building permit <br />application is filed, including those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For <br />vesting under the Zoning Code, please refer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). Contact the <br />Planning Department for information regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed in <br />this document. <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be <br />submitted to the Public Works Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, <br />utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br />improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br />completed, approved, and warranted before Occupancy permits are issued. <br />2. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications. <br />3. On -site detention of stormwater runoff is required per city standards. <br />
