I told him that they were following the State <br />Tenant Landlord Act and had every riqht to do just that. He <br />said he would give them their deposit back, he just w3nted <br />them out of there. <br />I called the tenant back and told them that the owner would <br />have someone out there to look at the situation and do some <br />work. <br />
