RE 5730 Fleming <br />I. The City of Everett Building Official has found the <br />building which is located on the above described <br />property to be substandard. The following deficiencies <br />render the building to be dangerous pursuant to <br />Section 202 of the 1976 Edition of the Uniform Housing <br />Code: <br />A. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and <br />heating have been destroyed. <br />B. All windows and doors have been broken. <br />C. There are holes in the floors, walls and <br />ceilings. <br />D. House has been destroyed beyond 75% 0£ its <br />value. <br />E. The house and lot are scattered with debris. <br />F. The house is open to the public and is an <br />attractive nuisance to children playing in <br />the area. This structure is detrimental to <br />public health, safety and welfare. <br />II. The building shall either be repaired in accordance <br />with the current Building Code or shall be demolished. <br />III. As the building is uninhabitable in its present con- <br />dition, it shall remain vacant until such time as the <br />building is repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building Code or demolished. <br />IV. If the owner(s) elect to repair the building according <br />to the Building Code, all permits must be secured <br />therefor and the work physically commenced within 30 <br />days of the date of this Order.
