completed in compliance with the Building Code within <br />90 days of the date of this Order. <br />V. If the owner(s) elect to demolish the building, all <br />required permits must be secured therefor within <br />60 days from the date of this Order. Such demolition <br />must be completed within 90 days of the date of this <br />Order. <br />VI. If the required repair or demolition work is not com- <br />menced within the time set forth in Paragraphs IV and <br />V, the Building Official will order the building to <br />remain vacated and proceed to cause the work to be <br />done (either demolition or repair) and charge the <br />costs thereof against the property or its owner(s). <br />VII. Any person having any record title or legal interest <br />in the building may appeal from this Notice and Crder <br />to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such <br />appeal must be in writing as is required by the Uniform <br />Housing Code and filed with the Building Official within <br />30 days from the date of service of this Notice and <br />Order.
