The City of Everett Building Official has found the building which <br />is located on the above described property to be substandard. The <br />following deficiencies render the building substandard pursuant <br />to Section 202 of the 1979 Uniform Housing Code: <br />A. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and mechanical have <br />been destroyed. <br />B. Exterior doors are missing. <br />c. Windows are completely broken out. <br />D. There are holes in the floors, walls and ceilings. <br />E. Roofing is missing exposing the roof rafters and attic area. <br />
