The building is destroyed beyond 75% of its value. <br />G. The building and premises are cluttered with debris. <br />H. The house is open to the public and is an attractive <br />nuisance for inquisitive minors. <br />I. This building is detrimental to the public health, safety, <br />and welfare. <br />II. The building shall either be repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building code or shall be demolished. <br />III. Since the building is presently uninhabitable in its present condition, <br />it shall remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired <br />in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br />IV. If the owner elects to repair the building according to the <br />Building Code, all permits must be secured therefor and the work <br />physically commenced within 30 days of the date of this order. <br />All such work must be completed in compliance with the Building <br />Code within 90 days of the date of this order. <br />V. If the owner elects to demolish the building, all required permits <br />must be secured therefor within 90 days from the date of this <br />Order. Such demolition must be completed within 90 days of the <br />date of this order. <br />VI. If the required repair or demolition work is not coilding menceda within <br />the <br />time set forth in Paragraphs IV and V, <br />the officiwill <br />order the building to remain vacated and proceed to cause the work to <br />be done (either demolition or repair) and charge the costs thereof <br />against the property or its owner. <br />VII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building <br />may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and <br />Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required by <br />the Uniform Housing Code and filed with the Building Official within: <br />30 days from the date of service of this Notice and order. Failure <br />I to appeal will constitute a waiver of all right to an administrative <br />hearing and determination of the matter. <br />VIII. On January 7 , 1981, at 8:30 a.m., the Building Official <br />will submit a resolution of demolitParagraphsontothe <br />et <br />IV oftthisuncil, <br />City Hall, Everett, Washington, <br />Notice and Order are not complied with. <br />DATED this <br />-�� day of <br />EVERETT BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />- 2 - <br />0 <br />
