The corridor on the main floor to the garage is shown at 3' - 0", with the addition of �/z" of sheathing (per engineering) and 1 layer of �/z" gypsum waliboard on each side of the hallway, the corridor ends up being 1�/z' less than the minimum finished width; please correct. 5. Stairs are required to be mir num 36" ciear. The plans show 6' - 0" inside dimension.
