Conr,ect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />6. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm Manual <br />3-2.u.2. The aoproximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for more details. <br />7. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning <br />the pn�ject. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & �06 on this <br />proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broM.en or <br />damaged area must be replaced). <br />14.
